Terms and Conditions

 It is advisable to wear clothes and clothes suitable for the season;

Check-in for the tour must be done 30 minutes before the tour time, at the Rota das Ilhas Kiosk at Cais T in Olhão;

The company is not responsible for similar items (goods and personal objects), nor for personal accidents;

The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions;

The removal of individual vests due to negligence has a cost for the customer of €20;

The Skipper of the ship reserves the right to cancel the tour at his own discretion, taking into account the safety conditions of the ship, the crew and the customers on board.

Safety rules
• Remain seated throughout the journey;
• When boarding and alighting the boat, ask the crew for help;
• The use of a lifejacket is mandatory;
• Respect the crew's instructions.
